When you sign up via our waitlist form, we collect your email address only. We do not ask for or store your name, phone number, address, payment details, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it in an optional survey.
If you choose to complete a survey, we may also collect your responses to questions about your business preferences and lawn care habits. This data is anonymous in aggregate and used solely to improve our product.

We use a small number of lightweight analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve your experience.
Cloudflare Web Analytics — We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Unlike most analytics platforms, Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, track individual users across sites, or collect personal information. It captures only anonymised, aggregate data such as page views, visit duration, browser type, and the country-level region a visitor arrived from. This helps us understand which pages are most useful, identify performance issues, and make informed improvements to the site — all without compromising your privacy.
Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) — We also use a lightweight snippet of code provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. to better understand how visitors interact with our website. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, improve your experience, and show you relevant content.
The Meta Pixel automatically collects certain information about your browsing activity on our site, such as pages visited, links clicked, and the actions you take (e.g., signing up for the waitlist). When you submit your email address through our signup form, the Pixel may also associate that email with your browsing activity for ad targeting and conversion measurement purposes. Additionally, the Pixel may infer your approximate geographic location from your IP address. This data is anonymised where possible and is transmitted to Meta for analysis. It does not give us access to your personal Facebook profile or messages.
